Preconstruction / Design
From initial engagement we adopt a collaborative approach with the sole aim to deliver the best for the Project and our Customers.

Following our appointment, a dedicated Project Team will be assigned to the scheme.
Our Team along with our Design Team and Supply Chain Partners will work to create a design, 3D visualisations for the scheme, initial cost plan advice and select the very best materials available for incorporation.

During Preconstruction, we will Plan to undertake the whole scope of works by agreeing a contract sum and programme to undertake the works.

Construction Works
From commencement, our aim is to ensure all of our projects and construction works are delivered with a passion and to create the finest end product.
Whether we are providing a Full Construction Service or Construction Management Services our works are undertaken with the highest regards to Heath and Safety Legislation, Quality and the Surrounding Environment.

Many of our project incorporate total remodels, basement constructions, extensions and alterations. We will source the finest materials from across the globe to provide only the best finish.

Our bespoke and customer homes are provided by whole building refurbishments within the Prime and Super Prime markets of the capital, alongside with individual apartment or complete new build construction outside of the capital.​

Our Refurbishment work starts on Properties and Apartments valued at over £2.00M and New Build Schemes where single properties are valued at over £1.50M.

Our typical Project size ranges between £0.25M to £10.0M

For selected projects we will undertake bespoke individual room or works on an individual floor.

We will undertaken Traditional or Design and Build Contracts via either a Standard JCT or NEC form of Contract. Procured as part of either a Single Stage or Two Stage Negotiated process.
